Javier Acosta is an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator with a strong background in electrical systems modeling and coordination. Currently employed at OEG, Inc. since December 2011, Javier specializes in 3D modeling, producing shop drawings, and assembling pre-fab packages, while also participating in BIM coordination meetings to address and resolve issues. Previously, at Cherry City Electric from March 2010 to November 2011, Javier held a similar role focusing on 3D modeling and shop drawing production. Earlier experience includes working as an Electrical CAD Operator at MKE and Associates from August 2005 to May 2009, where responsibilities included 2D drafting and lighting calculations. Javier earned an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute-Portland and holds a diploma from Hillsboro High School.
