Skai Dancey, PE, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and facilities sector. Skai began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at HNTB in 1993 before moving on to roles at Black & Veatch, Gladfelter Engineering Group, and CH2M Hill IDC. In 1999, they joined Industrial Design Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2003, Skai became an Engineering Manager at Oregon Health & Science University, where they later served as the Director of Facilities Operations. Skai then became the Director of Facilities & Transportation and eventually the Associate Vice President of Facilities. Skai's expertise and experience make him a valuable asset in managing and overseeing facilities and transportation operations.

Skai Dancey, PE, MBA completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in the years 1989-1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from the Portland State University - School of Business, from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Dancey holds certifications as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager from the American Hospital Association (obtained in 2013) and as a LEED Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council (obtained in 2003).
