David McNamara

David McNamara is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Vice President of Facilities Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since May 2023, McNamara previously held the position of Associate Vice President of Facilities Management at The College of New Jersey, where oversight was provided for a 280-union employee organization and a $34M budget. Prior experience includes roles at Rowan University as Assistant Vice President of Design and Construction, managing a significant construction portfolio exceeding $250M, and at the University of Delaware as Associate Director of Facilities Planning and Construction, overseeing a $300M portfolio and developing a $600M Deferred Maintenance Program. McNamara holds an MBA in Finance from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering with a focus on Operations Management from Drexel University.
