Gillian Harger

Gillian Harger possesses extensive experience in legislative support and non-profit management. Serving as a Legislative Aide for the Oregon Legislature since October 2014, Gillian has contributed to various legislative processes. Prior experience includes an internship at the World Affairs Council of Oregon, where responsibilities encompassed managing membership databases, planning public events, and providing administrative support. Gillian has also gained valuable insights through internships with the United Nations, drafting analytical materials, and assisting in logistical support, as well as contributing to grassroots outreach at Strategies 360. Educationally, Gillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs with a focus on Spanish from Occidental College, complemented by a high school education from Tigard High School.
