Khanh Pham is an experienced leader in environmental justice, urban planning, and community organizing. Currently serving as a State Representative for Oregon House District 46, Khanh previously held significant roles such as Interim Alliance Director at the Oregon Just Transition Alliance and Alliances Director at OPAL Environmental Justice Oregon. A founding member of the Portland Clean Energy Fund Coalition, Khanh contributed to a landmark initiative prioritizing clean energy jobs for low-income communities and communities of color. Khanh’s extensive background includes positions at the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon and various roles in education and development within organizations focused on social issues, public health, and immigrant support. Khanh holds a Master's degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Climate Change Adaptation from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Anthropology and Political Economy from Lewis & Clark College.
