Anthony Biglan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in psychology and research. As the founder of Values to Action since April 2019, Anthony has been dedicated to advancing the organization's mission. In addition, Anthony has served as a Senior Scientist at the Oregon Research Institute since 1998, contributing valuable insights to the field. From 2009 to 2012, Anthony held the position of Co-Director at the Promise Neighborhoods Research Consortium and worked as a Psychologist at the Behavior Change Center from 1977 to 1982. Anthony earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1966 and 1971.
