Herb Severson

Herb Severson has a distinguished career in research and education, currently serving as President of Deschutes Research since 1995 and as a Senior Research Scientist at the Oregon Research Institute since 1979. Previously, Herb Severson was a Professor of School Psychology at the University of Oregon from 1975 to 1996 and an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado from 1972 to 1975. Herb Severson earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1967 and 1973 and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1963 to 1966.
