Kasten Spethmann

Kasten Spethmann is an experienced professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Portland and a Capital Access Advisor with the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network. As the Owner and Coach of Your Startup Life since 2019, Kasten provides resources and education for entrepreneurs. Previously, Kasten was the President and Co-Founder of Sophisticated Rebel, a design firm known for creating the world's first refillable Flat Lipstick with customizable engraving, and held multiple roles at Kasteva LLC Corp, focusing on funding and business strategy. Kasten holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Portland.
