Earlier career experience encompasses operations management at Bank of the Cascades (now First Interstate Bank) from June 2003 to March 2013 and senior teller responsibilities at Washington Mutual Bank from November 1999 to June 2003, along with initial roles including Layaway Clerk at Kmart Stores. Monica graduated from North Salem High School with a high school diploma in 1999.
