Bob Gilmour

Bob Gilmour is currently the Executive Director of INTO at Oregon State University. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Academic Programs at Oregon State University from October 2010 to May 2015. In this role, they led a team of over 100 academic teaching and management staff delivering English language and academic subject programs with an annual operational budget of $15m.

From 2007 to 2010, Bob Gilmour was the Programme Manager at INTO Newcastle University. From 1992 to 1999, they were an English for Academic Purposes Teacher at Newcastle University. Bob also spent three years as a Lecturer in the Language Centre at Newcastle University from 1999 to 2007.

Bob Gilmour began their career in 1996 as an English Language Teacher to international students at Northumbria University. Bob has been working in the field of international education for over 20 years.

Bob Gilmour has a MA in Media Technology for TEFL from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and a BA in French Studies from the same school. Bob also has a certification from LinkedIn in Leading at a Distance.
