Jed Irvine

Jed Irvine currently serves as a Senior Faculty Research Assistant I at Oregon State University, a position held since October 2004. In 2020, Jed launched "The Grad Student Coach Podcast" to enhance the coaching practice. Prior to this role, Jed worked as a software developer at Quovadx, Inc from January 1998 to September 2004, specializing in Java and Java Swing development. Additionally, Jed contributed to the infrastructure team at Rogue Wave Software from 1998 to 2003, focusing on build and test infrastructure, product configuration tools, and release engineering. Jed holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, attained between 1980 and 1985.
