Julee Otter

Julee Otter has extensive experience in audit and compliance roles within higher education, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive of Audit at Oregon State University since August 2014. Prior positions at Oregon State University include Deputy Chief Audit, Risk and Compliance Executive, Senior Audit Manager, and University Senior Auditor. Julee Otter's previous experience includes serving as Compliance Manager at the University of Texas at San Antonio from November 2007 to August 2014, and as Section Manager - Loan Service Audit at World Savings from August 2005 to November 2007. Julee Otter began the career as Auditor - Control Assessment Specialist at Purdue University from March 2000 to May 2005. Julee Otter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
