Maile Moore-Gillespie

Maile Moore-Gillespie, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Strategic Partner and HR Associate at Oregon State University since February 2020, where contributions include strong client support, collaboration on DEIB initiatives, and development of HR training resources. As a founding board member of the DEI Advancement Committee, Maile focuses on integrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles into university policies and practices. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Samaritan Health Services and Timber Linn Chiropractic, as well as an internship with the Vietnam Public Health Association, enhancing expertise in human resources, communications, and organizational development. Maile holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from Oregon State University.
