Max Schmidt

Max Schmidt is a Faculty Research Assistant in Computational Science at Oregon State University since January 2022, focusing on research duties distinct from traditional roles. Prior to this, Max served as a Server Administrator for the Clackamas Education Service District, managing server operations for multiple school districts from July 2019 to January 2022. Max's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as Student Technician Lead & Consultant at OSU UIT - Client Services, where recognized customer service, technical documentation, and mentoring were key contributions, along with proficiency in IT solutions. Max began the professional journey with hands-on roles at Schreiner's Iris Gardens and AC&E Electric Company while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University, completed in 2019.
