Kim Nelson

Kim (Rogers) Nelson, SHRM-SCP, CBRM, currently serves as the People and Culture Director at Oregon Tilth, a position held since May 2019, having previously transitioned from the role of Human Resources Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at Oregon State Lottery as Security Business Support Manager and at Oregon Lottery as Senior Human Resources Consultant.
