Kirk Baumann

Kirk Baumann is the Director of Marketing & eCommerce at O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, since May 2018, where responsibilities include leading a team to develop and implement innovative marketing and e-commerce strategies to enhance revenue across various properties. Previously, Kirk held multiple roles within OHM, including Senior Marketing & eCommerce Manager and Team Member Experience Manager, focusing on talent management and marketing strategies. In addition, Kirk founded Campus to Career in 2007, a community aimed at guiding young professionals in their career paths. Kirk's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Enactus, where leadership roles included Vice President of Career Services & Alumni Engagement, promoting recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 partners. Kirk holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and an Associate degree in Journalism from Carl Albert State College, along with certifications in Content Marketing and Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
