Senior Cloud Security Engineer at O'Reilly Media

Bradley Frank has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and cloud engineering. Bradley is currently working at O'Reilly Media as a Team Lead, where they focuses on developing, building, and securing the infrastructure running in Google Cloud for the O'Reilly e-learning platform. Bradley integrates DevSecOps into their CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes clusters to ensure security and developer-friendly environments. Prior to this, Bradley was a Cloud Security Engineer at O'Reilly Media, responsible for similar tasks.

Before joining O'Reilly Media, Bradley worked at Public Interest Tech Lab at Harvard as an AWS SysOps Engineer for three years. Bradley has also served as a Senior Systems Administrator at Tufts University for two and a half years.

Bradley's earlier experiences include working as a Systems Administrator at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS) for five years and an IT Support Specialist at IQSS for two years. Bradley has also worked as a LAN Administrator at Personal Computers, INC for ten months and as a Systems Administrator I at Crystal Run Village, Inc. for almost three years.

Bradley Frank holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at SUNY Geneseo, from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications including Google Cloud Platform Essential Training, AWS: Networking, AWS: Storage and Data Management, Amazon Web Services: Enterprise Security, Exam Tips: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS: Automation and Optimization, AWS: Deploying and Provisioning, AWS: Monitoring and Reporting, Amazon Web Services: High Availability, Learning Jenkins, DevOps Foundations: Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration, Learning Kubernetes, and Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator. These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2020 from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
