Keith Swafford

Keith Swafford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Keith started their career at Apple in 2007 as a Trainer & Technical Specialist, where they worked until February 2010. Keith then joined Santa Rosa Tile Supply as a Sales & Marketing Manager from March 2010 to November 2011. Keith joined O'Reilly Media in November 2011 as a Conference Sales Associate and later progressed to become an Enterprise Content Manager | UX Research Assistant. From November 2018 to April 2022, they worked as a Sales Enablement Manager at O'Reilly Media, and they are currently serving as a Senior Sales Enablement Manager since April 2022.

Keith Swafford received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical & Theological Studies from Biola University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in User Experience Circuit from General Assembly in March 2017.
