Wm Doug Sandstedt

Wm Doug Sandstedt has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Vice President of Operations at Orenda International, LLC from March 2003 to February 2014. In this position, they managed various aspects of operations, including customer service, call center, fulfillment, returns, commissions, vendor management, contract manufacturers, IT, facilities, human resources, and benefits. Wm Doug also collaborated with field leadership to support business growth.

Following their role as Vice President of Operations, Sandstedt assumed the position of Vice President of Sales at Orenda International, LLC in February 2014. In this role, they focused on creating, leading, and energizing a team of entrepreneurs through teamwork, mentoring, training, and coaching. Wm Doug developed and implemented strategies related to customer experience, relationship marketing, social selling, and eCommerce solutions. Additionally, they oversaw operations and customer service, including vendor management, IT, facilities, fulfillment, returns, commissions, corporate events, outsourcing, human resources, and benefits.

Before their tenure at Orenda International, LLC, Sandstedt served as a National Account Sales Executive at CSG from 1996 to 2003. Wm Doug also had a significant role as a Military Police Officer in the US Army Reserves from March 1993 to March 2001.

Wm Doug Sandstedt earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer Science & Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified Direct Selling Compliance Professional from the Direct Selling Association in January 2021.
