Fares Samara

Fares Samara is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff - Technology at Oreyeon since October 2023, Fares previously held the position of CTO and Head of Analytics at Ostaz, where responsibilities included developing the technology vision and streamlining recruitment processes. As Programs Director at Seedstars, Fares managed initiatives supporting over 500 entrepreneurs and secured funding in excess of 2M USD from multiple partners. Prior roles include CTO and Program Manager at Speed Accelerator, where Fares completed six mentorship cycles, and a tenure as UX Training Facilitator for Google Developers Group in Lebanon. Fares' career also encompasses positions as Cloud Deployment Manager at KnowledgeView and Quality Assurance Team Leader at CME Offshore. Academically, Fares holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the Lebanese American University.
