Ziad J.

Ziad J. is a seasoned professional in the field of aerospace engineering and education, currently serving as the Cofounder and CEO of Oreyeon LDA since 2020. Ziad's academic contributions include a position as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi from 2019 to June 2024, where modules on aeronautics and maintenance practices were delivered as part of a joint project with Airbus and Vietnam Airlines. Previously, Ziad was a Lecturer at the University of Balamand from 2017 to 2021, focusing on aerodynamics and aircraft structures, as well as a role as an Aerospace Engineer at NAR from 2015 to 2016, where innovative VTOL autonomous UAVs were designed for oil and gas applications. Ziad's engineering expertise was further demonstrated as a Stress Engineer at Cranfield University, contributing to the design and development of F-14 structures. Ziad holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University, an Immersive Entrepreneurship Program certification from Draper University, and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Balamand.
