Debosmita Sarkar

Debosmita Sarkar is an Associate Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, focusing on the SDGs and Inclusive Growth Programme within the Centre for New Economic Diplomacy since July 2021. Previously, Debosmita held roles such as Junior Fellow and Research Assistant at the same organization. Additionally, Debosmita served as a Research Coordinator for T20 India from December 2022 to December 2023 and worked as a Research Assistant at the Economic Research Foundation in early 2021. Debosmita's experience also includes a brief role as a Data Consultant for the World Wildlife Fund and several internships at the Observer Research Foundation. Debosmita holds an M.A. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.Sc. Honours in Economics from Lady Brabourne College.
