Avril O'Flynn

Avril O'Flynn serves as the Chief People Officer at Orfium since July 2023, having previously held the position of Global Vice President, People and Culture at Twilio from July 2017 to August 2023. At Twilio, Avril O'Flynn also contributed as Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA, APJ, and LATAM, along with other leadership roles including Twilio Ireland Board Member and Director of International HR. Prior to Twilio, Avril O'Flynn directed Human Resources for both EMEA and Asia Pacific at Kerry Group from October 2011 to July 2017 and held various HR positions at HP, ARAMARK, and PwC. Avril O'Flynn earned a degree in Business Studies and French from the University of Limerick from 1999 to 2003.
