Darran Ling

Darran Ling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Darran is currently serving as the Global Managing Director at Org since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Partner Practice at Proteus from April 2020 to December 2022. Darran also held the position of Technology Portfolio Director M&A (Ventures) at BT from January 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they worked as a Programme Director at DLS Change Management Ltd from January 2014 to April 2020. Darran also has experience as an Associate Programme Director at OEE Consulting, Programme Director at Calor Gas Ltd, Head of Fleet Operations at London Midland, and Group Head of Change Management at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. Additionally, they served as the Head of PMO at London Midland and as a Programme Consultant at Secure Trust Bank PLC.

Darran Ling obtained a Master of Business Administration - Executive MBA degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2018-2020, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Darran Ling obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2023.
