Kyle Watson began their career in 2012 as an Intern for the corporate sales department at Atlanta Motor Speedway, where their job consisted of event assistance and helping the team as needed. Later that same year, they took on the role of Asst. Manager at Bounce About. In 2013, they returned to Atlanta Motor Speedway as a Group Sales Intern. In 2015, Kyle Watson was hired by organicgirl as the Director Of Customer Service, and later became the East Coast Operations Mangaer and Demand Planner.

Kyle Watson attended Carson-Newman University from 2009 to 2010 and then Liberty University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management. Kyle also holds First Aid/CPR and Lifeguard certifications from the Red Cross.
