Shanais Pelka

Shanais Pelka is an experienced professional in the fields of research and development, nutrition, and education, currently serving as Head of Research and Development at Organifi since March 2019, after holding the position of Research and Development Manager. Prior to this role, Shanais founded and served as CEO of Nii Foods, where the Nii Bar was manufactured, and worked as a nutritionist at Becker Pediatrics. Shanais has also contributed to education as an Environmental Science instructor at Everest College Ontario and held ownership at SVP Nutritionals, Inc. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University, a Master's degree in Herbal Medicine from the American College of Healthcare Sciences, an MBA from Western Governors University, a Master's degree in Education from Western Governors University, and a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Clayton College of Natural Health.
