Serkan Soytas has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing, specifically in the chemical raw materials industry. Starting as a Sales Engineer, Soytas progressed to roles such as Business Development Engineer, Purchasing Specialist, and eventually Senior Purchasing Manager. With a focus on sourcing, procurement, purchasing, and sales & marketing, Soytas has worked for companies like Organik Kimya, Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş., and PPG. In their most recent role as Regional Category Manager EMEA & Purchasing Manager Turkiye, Middle East and AFOS, Soytas managed various aspects of purchasing including raw materials, packaging, toll manufacturing, and logistics.
