Elchin Azizov

Elchin Azizov is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as the Head of IS Operations, Infrastructure and Support at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since November 2017. Previously, Elchin held the position of ICT Officer at the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine from August 2014 to March 2016. Prior to that, Elchin was Chief ICT for the OSCE from May 2008 to September 2013, where responsibilities included planning and directing ICT services for the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, financial planning, and managing contracts for outsourced ICT services. Earlier in Elchin's career, from 2003 to 2008, Elchin worked as an IT Officer within OSCE, focusing on internal business process analysis, software application design, and the implementation of software configuration management.
