Charlotte Connell

Charlotte Connell has over 19 years of experience in human resources, starting as a HR Advisor at RNLI before moving on to become a HR Manager at Lester Aldridge. Currently, Charlotte holds the position of Head of HR at Organix Brands Ltd. Charlotte holds a BA (Hons) in Modern English Studies from University of Bedfordshire, a MA in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University, and a Professional Certificate in Coaching Practice from Henley Business School.
