Susan Schroeder

Susan Schroeder has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Corporate HR Manager at Organized Living since November 2020. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of HR Manager at Faurecia Exhaust System from May 2015 to November 2020, and at Diamond Chain Company from August 2008 to May 2015. Additionally, Susan worked as an HR Manager at General Cable from 1992 to 2008, specializing in HR management within union manufacturing plants. Susan began their career as a Personnel Representative at Target from June 1987 to 1992, functioning as an HR Generalist. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Ball State University, completed in 1987, and pursued further education at Indiana University Bloomington in 1988-1989.
