Andrew Fazio

Associate Director, National Accounts at Organogenesis

Andrew Fazio has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew started working at MBNA America Bank, N.A. as an Account Executive in 1994 and stayed with the company until 1999. At MBNA, they were responsible for managing group growth, developing marketing strategies, and negotiating contracts.

In 1999, Andrew joined Crozer Chester Medical Center as an Administrative Marketing Manager. Andrew held this position until 2005 and was responsible for marketing medical imaging services to referring physicians and gaining referrals from primary care physicians and specialists.

After leaving Crozer Chester Medical Center, Andrew joined Healogics, Inc. where they held various roles. From 2005 to 2011, they served as a Program Director, responsible for outpatient operations, financial performance, growth, and quality management of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at the Chester County Hospital. Andrew also fostered productive relationships with panel physicians and obtained JCAHO Disease Specific Certification for outpatient wound care.

From 2011 to 2013, Andrew worked as a Senior EMR Implementation Consultant at Healogics, Inc. Andrew was a content expert for the design and development of the Electronic Medical Record, providing enterprise-wide training and support for physician, nurse, and staff users.

From 2013 to 2016, Andrew served as an Area Vice President at Healogics, Inc., where they were responsible for the performance of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Centers in an assigned territory. Andrew maximized the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the centers and supported and mentored Program Directors to meet key performance indicators.

Lastly, Andrew joined Organogenesis in 2017 and has held the positions of Tissue Regeneration Specialist and National Account Manager.

Andrew Fazio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies / History at the University of Scranton from 1986 to 1990. In 2012, they attended Villanova University for a brief period, focusing on Project Management. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University.
