Barbara Maraglia

Barbara Maraglia has extensive work experience in various roles within the business analysis and systems analysis fields. Barbara started their career at Reebok in 1987 as an Analyst and later served as an MIS Liaison until December 1997. Following that, they worked at Analog Devices as an Applications Analyst from May 1998 to April 2006, providing business analytical support and developing system solutions for SAP initiatives.

From April 2006 to February 2008, Barbara worked at IONA Technologies as a Business Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for developing business requirements, performing functional configuration, and facilitating user acceptance testing.

Barbara then joined Boston Scientific in February 2008 as a Senior Business Process Analyst, where they gained experience in process analysis and improvement until July 2010.

Barbara's most recent role was as a Business Analyst Manager at Organogenesis, starting in August 2010.

Additionally, they have experience as an Independent Consultant and Team Manager at Tastefully Simple since January 2007, where they offer gourmet foods through taste-testing parties and assists with fundraising events.

Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated a strong understanding of business processes, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of project work plans.

Barbara Maraglia obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in CIS and Sociology from Bryant University, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Barbara further pursued their education at Bryant University from 2001 to 2004 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business. Additionally, Barbara Maraglia obtained a Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) certification from Microsoft in August 2022.
