Debra Thompson

Debra Thompson, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Organogenesis, Debra has previously held similar executive positions at Hologic, Inc. and Asuragen, which was acquired by Bio-Techne. Additionally, Debra has served as Chief People & Integration Officer at Fortis Life Sciences and as Director of HR for Business Transformation & Integration at Thermo Fisher Scientific, following its acquisition of Life Technologies.
