Richard J. Dupré

Richard J. Dupré has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Richard J. started their career as a Sales Representative at Vistakon, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of contact lenses in southern Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama Gulf Coast territory.

Richard J. then moved on to Endocare, Inc. as a Territory Sales Representative, where they personally built a new territory and increased sales through aggressive marketing and building relationships with physicians. Richard J. sold a comprehensive product line of urodynamic capital equipment and devices in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

Dupré later worked at VNUS Medical Technologies as a Territory Sales Manager, marketing capital components and disposable technologies for the treatment of venous reflux. Richard J. focused on providing an outpatient procedure alternative to vein stripping and ligation, targeting cardiovascular, general vascular, and interventional radiologists.

Richard J. sold various surgical products to surgeons in multiple specialties and achieved numerous accomplishments, including being named a Region Tri-Staple Ambassador and winning the Winners Circle ranking.

Dupré then joined SeaSpine as a Senior OrthoBiologics Specialist, where they had direct responsibility for a $3½M territory and managed 16 distributor teams. Richard J. recruited and trained new sales specialists and distributors, creating and achieving quotas.

In 2019, they transitioned to Organogenesis as a Regional Sales Director, overseeing regional sales activities.

Most recently, Dupré became a Regional Sales Manager at Cerapedics Inc., a position they started in 2022.
