Amanda Bauman

Amanda Bauman is an experienced communications and corporate social responsibility professional with a strong background in employee engagement and community initiatives. Currently serving as Director of ESG Communications at Organon since June 2023, Amanda has previously contributed as a Consultant in Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG at Bimbo Bakeries USA. During tenure at Pep Boys as AVP of Employee Experience & Culture, Amanda led the development of an employee feedback structure for 9,000 employees and crafted strategic communications for the People & Culture team. Prior experience at Campbell Soup Company included roles such as Senior Manager of Employee & Community Engagement, Program Director, Manager of Community Affairs, Communications Specialist, and Public Affairs Assistant, highlighting a consistent focus on enhancing employee engagement and community involvement. Amanda holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Art History from La Salle University.
