Brian Shera has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Oncology/Immunology Biosimilar Account Specialist at Organon, Brian has demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and relationship building, successfully launching biosimilar medications. Previous roles include positions at Sanofi Genzyme as a Musculoskeletal Specialty Manager and at Eisai US as an Epilepsy Specialist, where Brian utilized strong communication and leadership skills. Additionally, Brian has a background as an Independent Business Owner at Shera Medical, LLC, specializing in orthopedic devices, and has held various sales roles at Biomet Orthopedics and Johnson & Johnson.
