Dan Fetzer is a finance leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President of Finance, Business Planning & Corporate Financial Services at Organon since June 2021. Prior to Organon, Dan held multiple senior positions at Merck from November 2009 to May 2021, including Associate Vice President for both the Manufacturing Division and Global Oncology, where leadership was provided for key product launches. Dan’s career began at Johnson & Johnson and included significant roles at Schering-Plough, culminating in a diverse skill set across global financial planning and analysis, project leadership, and cross-functional team management. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
