Erica Herrera

Erica Herrera, MBA, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources business partnership and talent management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of HRBP at Organon since February 2023, Erica previously held roles at Labcorp and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities included supporting mid-level management, operationalizing talent processes, and analyzing talent metrics using platforms like Workday and PowerBI. Erica also contributed to non-profit efforts as a board member and HR Committee Chair for Schuylkill Women in Crisis, focusing on employee relations and organizational development. With an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, Erica combines strategic insight with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
