Lori Smith Guliano

Lori Smith Guliano, M.S., PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits and compensation management. Currently serving as Associate Director of US Benefits at Organon since February 2021, and previously in roles such as Senior Analyst for US Benefits, Lori has also held positions at Merck, Ansell, Tumi Inc., and Johnson & Johnson. Notable achievements include developing a compensation plan for Mexico that halved turnover and saved $300k annually, as well as implementing Oracle Fusion Compensation to enhance performance review efficiency. Lori holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
