Marcin Zajkowski

Marcin Zajkowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development resource management, business strategy, and operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Head of R&D Resource Management and Executive Director of R&D Business Operations at Organon since May 2021, Marcin has held significant roles at Novo Nordisk, including Global Head of Strategic Workforce Planning and Senior Director of People & Organisation.
