Melody Kromer

Melody Kromer is an accomplished director with extensive experience in risk management, cybersecurity, and eDiscovery across various sectors, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management, Cybersecurity and eDiscovery at Organon since April 2021. Previous roles include leadership positions at Alcon, where responsibilities encompassed security policy governance and operational excellence in manufacturing, and at Novartis, overseeing IT and operational excellence in medical device production. Prior experience includes roles at AstraZeneca, Biogen Idec, and Merck & Co., where Melody developed eDiscovery strategies, advanced compliance technology, and managed significant IT projects. Melody holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Drexel University.
