Michelle O'Donnell

Michelle O'Donnell currently serves as the Director of Global Equity Compensation at Organon, a position held since May 2022, where oversight of the company’s global equity-based compensation programs is carried out. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Lead Share Plan Administrator at Babylon from October 2021 to February 2022, responsible for the management of the company’s global equity plans. Michelle's extensive experience includes nearly 19 years at PVH Corp., serving as Assistant Secretary and Stock Plan Administrator, where assistance was provided to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary in business and personal matters. Michelle holds a Certified Equity Professional designation from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from LSB College in Dublin.
