Miranda Newsome

Miranda Newsome, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Miranda most recently served as the Sr. Corporate Governance Paralegal, leading support for the Office of Corporate Secretary at Organon since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked for New York Life & MainStay Investments for over a decade as a Senior Paralegal from June 2010 to November 2021. Miranda also has experience as a Legal Assistant at BlackRock from January 2006 to March 2010 and as a Business Account Coordinator at Verizon Wireless from October 2000 to December 2005.

Miranda Newsome, M.A. has a diverse education history. In 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a concentration in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. In 2004, they completed a Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which was an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Criminal Justice/Law from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in International Studies. Recently, in 2022, they became a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey.
