Miriam Licence

Miriam Licence currently serves as Associate Director of BT Compliance at Organon, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Miriam was the Quality IT Systems Site Lead at Piramal Pharma Solutions from September 2021 to July 2022, and spent over two decades at Johnson & Johnson in various managerial roles, including Computer System Validation Manager and Sarbanes-Oxley Testing Manager. In earlier career stages, Miriam owned and operated SneakerWorks Inc., establishing retail agreements with major athletic brands. Miriam holds a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance from Temple University School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arcadia University.
