Nienke Smilde

Nienke Smilde is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and compliance sectors, currently serving as Associate Director Quality Responsible Person Supply Chain at Organon since December 2021. Prior to this role, Nienke Smilde held various positions at Mundipharma International Limited from 2002 to December 2021, including Compliance Lead for Germany and Mid-Europe, as well as Head of Compliance for the BeNeLux region. Earlier in the career, Nienke Smilde worked at Aventis as a Regulatory Affairs Manager. Nienke Smilde holds a degree in Pharmacy from Utrecht University, a Lean Practitioner Black Belt from the Lean Management Institute, and a degree in Law from Open Universiteit.
