Peter McArdle

Peter McArdle currently serves as the Director of Business Consulting and IPS Lead at Organon, a role held since May 2021. Prior to this, Peter McArdle had a long tenure at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK from 2000 to 2021, where positions included Senior Manager of Production Control and Toyota Lean Management Centre, Senior Quality Manager, and Engineering Project Leader. Responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, production control, project management for significant capital investments, and engineering training within the Toyota Production System. Peter McArdle's career began as an Industrial Trainee and progressed through various engineering roles, culminating in senior leadership positions. A Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from Liverpool John Moores University in 2002.
