Reshmi R.

Reshmi R. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Organon since June 2021. Prior to this role, Reshmi held the same title at Merck from August 2018 to June 2021. Earlier in the career, Reshmi worked as a Human Resources Generalist at SWEP International AB from April 2012 to September 2014 and as a Supervising Associate in Human Resources at EY from 2007 to 2012. Reshmi holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire.
