Siobhan McHugh

Siobhan McHugh has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in roles that spanned multiple countries such as Ireland, France, Singapore, China, and the USA. With 29 years of management and supervisory experience, they have held various positions in Technical, Manufacturing, Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Learning & Development, Strategy, and Program Management. Siobhan is highly accomplished, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Siobhan has worked at Organon as the Head of Integrated Production System & Business Support for Organon Manufacturing and Supply since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Merck, where they held several high-level positions including Executive Director Global Quality MPS, Executive Director Asia Pacific Quality, Executive Director of Quality Operations Asia Pacific, Global Quality MPS lead and Chief of Staff, Director- Asia Pacific PMO, Regional Initiative Director, Lean Six Sigma Lead, and Technical, Product and Quality Manager.

Siobhan McHugh received their BSc Hons degree in Chemistry from the University of Galway, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business from the University of Limerick, completing the program from 1999 to 2001.
