Tomoko Minagawa

Tomoko Minagawa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in women's health, venture capital, and business development. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Women's Health Commercial Lead at Organon since July 2022, Tomoko also founded the Femtech Community Japan in March 2021. Prior to these roles, Tomoko spent over three years as a Venture Capitalist and Director at Global Brain Corporation, focusing on investments in Fintech, Insurtech, Deeptech, and Femtech. Previous positions include Board Director and Chief Business Officer at SENSY Inc., with a focus on AI-based business development, and Corporate Officer at ARK INNOVATION, where market analysis and business model development were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes consulting roles at IBM Global Services and serving on the board of NPO Nimaime-no-Meishi. Tomoko holds multiple degrees in Applied Chemistry and an MBA from prestigious institutions, including the University of Cambridge and The London School of Economics.
