Zafer Unluer

Zafer Unluer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the President and Managing Director of Organon China and previously holding the position of VP, Head of Global Market Access & Trade Channels at Organon & Co since February 2021. Prior experience includes key roles at MSD from August 2010 to February 2021, such as AVP, Head of Diabetes Business Unit & Strategic Account Management, and Executive Director of Commercial Operations for International Markets, along with leadership positions in distributor operations and commercial trade channels. Zafer's career began at The Coca-Cola Company as a Brand Leader and included a role as Corporate Finance Analyst at Citi. Zafer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Istanbul Technical University, an MBA from Koç University, and completed the Enterprise Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
